Delhi Capitals defeated Rajasthan Royals by 6 wickets here at the Sawai Maansingh Stadium,Jaipur on Monday.

Winning the toss, Delhi's captain Shreyas Iyer elected to bowl first. Ajinkya Rahane hit a sensational 105* of just 63 balls and was again helped by Royals' captain Steve Smith(50 of 32 balls) to help Rajasthan post a big total of 191/6 in 20 overs. Rahane played brilliantly and scored a good century. Kagiso Rabada took 2 wickets for Delhi by conceding 37 runs.
In reply, Delhi's openers Shikhar Dhawan and Prithvi Shaw gave Delhi a flying start. Dhawan scored 54 runs of just 27 balls while Shaw scored 42 of 39 balls. But the best inning came from Delhi's wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant who scored a superb knock of 78*runs in just 36 balls to take Delhi home by 6 wickets with 4 balls to spare. Shreyas Gopal took 2 wickets for the Royals.
Rishabh pant was adjusted man of the match for his match winning knock of 78 runs.

With this win, Delhi capitals move to the top of the table, pushing CSK to the second spot with 14 points in 11 matches. while RR make their ways for the playoffs more complicated as they stand at 7th place with 6 points in 10 games.
