Delhi capitals beat Rajasthan Royals in the first of the two super Saturday's games by 5 wickets here at the Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi to knock Rajasthan out of the tournament.
Deciding to bat first after winning the toss, Rajasthan managed to post only 115/9 in 20 overs which wasn't enough at all. Riyan Parag scored a superb 50 of 49 balls to help RR post a respectable total but other batsmen failed to score runs, Liam Livingston scored 14 of 13 balls and Shreyas Gopal hit 12 of 18 balls. Amit Mishra and Ishant Sharma each took 3 wickets for DC.

In reply, Delhi managed to reach the target with 23 balls to spare and 5 wickets remain. Rishabh Pant played a mature inning and scored 53* of 38 balls to help DC reach the target. Shikhar Dhawan hit 16 of 12 balls while Shreyas Iyer hit 15 runs of 9 balls. Ish Sodhi took 3/26 while Shreyas Gopal took 2/21 for Rajasthan.
Amit Mishra of Delhi capitals was adjusted man of the match for his great spell of 3/17 in 4 overs.
