Royal Challengers Bangalore beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 4 wickets in the 2nd of the two super Saturday's games here at the M.Chinnaswamy stadium, Bangalore to make SRH's playoffs berth more complicated.

Winning the toss, RCB's skipper Virat kohli elected to bowl first. SRH posted a total of 175/7 in 20 overs thanks to a captaincy knock from Kane Williamson who hit 70* of 43 balls and was assisted by Martin Guptill (30 of 23 balls) and Vijay Shankar (27 of 18 balls) in building SRH's innings. Washington Sundar took 3/24 in 3 overs while Navdeep Saini took 2/39 in 4 overs for RCB.
In reply, RCB had a very poor start after they lost their top 3 batsmen at the score of 20 runs only but Shimron Hetmyer and Gurkeerat Singh had other plans. Hetmyer hit a brilliant 75 of 47 balls and Gurkeerat Singh hit 65 of 48 balls to help RCB reach the target with 4 balls to spare and 4 wickets remain. Khaleel Ahmed took 3/37 while Bhuvneshwar Kumar took 2/24 but it wasn't enough.
Shimron Hetmyer was adjusted man of the match for his match- winning knock of 75 in 47 balls.

With this win, RCB end their campaign with 5 wins and 11points in 14 games whereas SRH stand at 4th place with 12 points in 14 games having 50-50 chances to qualify for the playoffs.
